Jean-Paul Thorn	Media Business School, Strasbourg / Madrid
	Jean-Paul Thorn has been involved in new technologies since early 1980. He is a graduate in Law, and holds a Scientific and Technical Master’s diploma in Communication and a Post-graduate diploma in Optical Signal Processing. At RTL-Productions / CERISE (Centre européen de recherche d’images de synthèse) he was in charge of training and applied research work. From 1987 to 1996 he has been project manager of two training programmes and co-ordinator of two European ESPRIT projects. At the same time he is teaching at CETECH - Université Paris-Dauphine.
